The Treasury Department announced sanctions against a Ukrainian lawmaker accused of pushing disinformation about Joe and Hunter Biden. Andriy Derkach met late last year with Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani. In May, he released covertly recorded tapes of conversations in 2016 between Joe Biden and then-Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko.
